We will examine teacher needs using a research and evidence-based techniques including observations, inquiry, data review, and resource exploration to determine a short and long-term plan for teacher support that will improve student outcomes in individual classrooms and across grade levels.
We compose a one-to-three year comprehensive plan for support that includes unique professional development for your staff members that may include individual coaching, small group, and whole staff presentations, reflective practice and recommended resources.
We help facilitate grant writing to acquire federal funding, schedule and conduct all professional development including progress monitoring meetings and clear metrics for success so teachers feel confident and school leaders can focus on building strong faith and learning communities.
