         We've assembled a team of expert educators who share our value for treating students, staff, and families with dignity. We are enthusiastic about partnering with you in exploring and supporting the needs within your school community and truly providing inclusive and peaceful environments where we can all be safe, loved, learn, and grow.

        Together, with over 200 collective years of experience in school leadership, early childhood education, special learning disabilities, curriculum, assessment, and instruction, mathematics, literacy and language development, they can walk you through the process of studying school wide issues, developing growth plans, problem-solving, to training and coaching individual professionals, instructing our Schoolhouse courses, to providing direct intervention student services.

Mari-Briege Nalette, is founder of Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services.

Mrs. Nalette holds a B.A. in speech-language pathology/audiology from Loyola University Maryland. M.S.Ed. in communication Sciences and Disorders from The College of Saint Rose. She is a Certified Autism Clinician and holds a certificate of clinical competency from American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Mrs. Nalette has expertise in early childhood screening, speech language clinical therapy and provides professional development for teachers in language and communication interactions in the classroom. She consults on hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation, long-term care facilities, and school systems, allowing for expertise in speech and language disorders with all ages.

Kelly Moore Dunn, Ed.D is a coordinator of the Consulting and Professional Development at Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services.

Dr. Dunn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the College of St. Rose M.Ed. in Learning and Language Disorders, from Notre Dame College, Manchester, NH and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership/Adult Education from Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Dunn has 36 years of experience as an educator in K-12 schools, professor and director in college and university education licensure programs, has supervised student teachers and served on the Council for Teacher Education for the State Board of Education as well as the Diocese of Manchester School Board. Dr. Dunn consults on special education, learning disabilities, cultures of dignity, and adult learning.

Debbie Woelflein is an Educational Consultant and instructor in the Cabrini Institute at Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services.

Mrs. Woelflein holds a B.A. in English education from Merrimack College, North Andover, MA. an M.A. in English literature from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA. and CAGS in educational leadership from Rivier University, Nashua NH. Over 40 years as an educator, she served as a classroom teacher and school/district administrator in K-12 schools, professor higher education and licensure and English programs. Ms. Woelflein supervises student teachers and has served on the Council for Teacher Education for the State Board of Education and the Infant Jesus School Board in Nashua, NH. She provides instructional coaching, mentoring, evaluation, and professional development on classroom management, lesson design, curriculum, and assessment to build teacher expertise.​

Dawn Florino, M.Ed, Ed.D Candidate
Executive Director of Learning and Literacy

Dawn Florino, a partner at Schoolhouse Education and Therapeutic Services since early 2024, holds a B.A. in psychology and M.Ed. in elementary education, both from Notre Dame College, and was a doctoral candidate at Rivier University in Educational Leadership with a focus on literacy education, specifically writing development and instruction.

She is a Certified Reading and Writing Specialist with nearly 30 years of experience as a classroom teacher, specialist, instructional coach, principal, leadership coach, and system administrator and has been an adjunct faculty member in the graduate and undergraduate teacher education programs at SNHU and NHTI. Dawn supports leaders to develop and implement strategic professional development plans, train teachers in structured literacy instruction and data literacy.

Jeff LaFlamme, M.Ed/EBD is an educational consultant, instructor in the Cabrini Institute, a middle school special education teacher and case manager.

Mr. LaFlamme earned a B.S. in management from Plymouth State University, M.Ed. in special education with a focus on emotional and behavioral disorders from Rivier University, and a NH state teacher certification.

Mr. LaFlamme is a member of the education advisory board and an adjunct professor at NHTI.  He also serves on consulting committees for the NH Department of Education. He consults on special education. learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and building cultures of dignity in the classroom.

Cynthia Lucero is an Educational Consultant and instructor in the Cabrini Institute at Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services. Ms. Lucero earned a B.A. in Education and an M.Ed in learning/language disabilities and emotional/behavioral disorders from Notre Dame College, Manchester, NH and CAGS in higher education administration from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.

She holds a current NH license in elementary K-8, special education teacher, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioral disabilities. With over 25 years of experience as school administrator in K-12 schools. She serves on the Professional Standards Board for the State Board of Education.

Cynthia Lucero is currently the Director of Teacher Education at NHTI and consults on special education, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disabilities, leadership, preservice and in-service teaching.

Dr. Peterson is an educational consultant at Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services.

Dr. Peterson holds an A.S. in Child Development and Education from Endicott College, MA, B.S in Child Development and Education (K-8) University of Maine, Orono, M.Ed. Guidance and Counseling, Salem State University, MA and Ed.D. in educational leadership/adult education from Nova Southeastern University.

She taught for more than 20 years in higher education, early childhood education. She is well-versed in the supervision of student teachers, coaching, and mentoring teachers and parents supporting children with military associations.

Dr. Peterson consults on building supportive environments in early childhood to reduce classroom behavior challenges and teacher development, create enriching classroom environments, and establish culturally supportive family-school relationships.

Natalie Brankin, M.Ed.
Educational Consultant

Natalie Brankin is an educational consultant at Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services.

Mrs. Brankin holds a B.S. in mathematics from Saint Anselm College, Manchester, NH, an M.Ed. in secondary mathematics education from Providence College, Providence, RI and a New Hampshire state teacher license for mathematics grades 6 to 12. She was a contributing team member that developed the math content standards for Catholic schools in NH and served on the Diocese of Manchester School Board.

With over 20 years of experience as a classroom educator and private math tutor, Ms Brankin consults on lesson planning and curriculum mapping, classroom management, mathematics curriculum selection, and mathematics instruction at the elementary and secondary level.

     Amy O'Riley, M.Ed. is an educational consultant at Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services and specializes in effective and meaningful integration of technology for maximizing learning.

     Mrs. O’Riley holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Susquehanna University, a B.S. in Spanish from Susquehanna University, an M.Ed. in Technology in Education from Lesley University. She holds NH certifications in Elementary Education K-8, as a Digital Learning Specialist and as a Library Media Specialist.

     Ms. O'Riley has 24 years of experience as a NH Educator with positions teaching 2nd grade, computer education for grades K-8, and library media specialist for grades K-8, 15 years as an adjunct professor at NHTI facilitating an Instructional Technology Course. She has served on the board for New Hampshire Society for Technology in Education (NHSTE) and on the board for New Hampshire School Library Media Association (NHSLMA).​  She consults on instructional/educational Technology Integration, information and media literacy for  elementary and middle school educators.

    Dawn Higgins, M.A. is an educational consultant, instructor in the Cabrini Institute with Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services, a certified English language teacher, and designated school official for international (F1 Visa) students.

     Ms. Higgins holds a B.A. in English and French from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH, and Université de Bourgogne, Dijon, France. She also earned an M.A. in English literature from the University of New Hampshire , and holds a current NH license in K-12 ESOL Teaching.

    Ms. Higgins has 25 years of experience as an English language educator in K-12 and higher education schools, and 12 years of experience as a college administrator instructor in college and university education licensure programs.

She consults on: ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), cross-cultural education, accessibility for multicultural and multilingual students and families.

Leah Easley holds a B.A. in English Literature and Secondary Education from Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL) and an M.A. in History from Gordon-Conwell Seminary (Hamilton, MA). She has over ten years of classroom teaching experience in a variety of subjects from pre-K through high school. From this, she has offered professional development on integrated classroom models, including integrating disciplines and fusing pedagogical methodologies. She also has over ten years of training and experience in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a Montessori-based method of religious education for ages three to twelve. From this she has offered professional development on integrating themes of faith into every subject of classroom curricula. As a published children’s book author, she specializes in creative writing. As a former owner of a tutoring business, she specializes in time management skills, tutor management, and organization skills.
